SHIPPING POLICY :
Buyers are responsible for All Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery Confirmation Cost.
- Shipping Cost is on the rise. Our promise to you, is to ship your purchase/s by the most cost efficient manner available to us.
- Each Item will be carefully packaged and insurance will be placed on each item over $20.00. Buyers may request insurance be placed on Items less than $20.00, at Buyer's Expense.
- Buyer may request a specified carrier," Our Cowboy Store" will do our best to accommodate each request, however "Our Cowboy Store" reserves the right to pick the shipper.
- Any Buyer in the Hope, Indiana area that wishes to pick up their purchase/s, we will be happy to accommodate.
- Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" has found in the past, the most cost efficient and the best service has been with United States Postal Service (aka USPS) via PRIORITY MAIL, however there are items that will be shipped USPS First Class or Parcel Post, if the shipping cost is less.

DESCRIPTION: Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store": promises to do our very best in describing each item. However we are human and do make mistakes. Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" will not "state" on any item that it comes from a "Smoke Free" environment. Some Items may have a smell from being stored away for years in basements, attics, barn, etc, or in the back rooms of people's homes and we, at Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store," may not pick up on the smell as well as someone else might.
Much of our merchandise is acquired from the back roads and small towns of the USA, (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WESTERN JEWELRY). We spend many hours researching our Items before placing them for sale. We ARE NOT Experts or Antique Dealers however we often consult Antique Dealers from time to time.
If you have found that we have misrepresented any item; please contact us immediately. We will investigate and change the description if necessary.
YEARS MADE: When "ESTIMATED YEAR" is placed in the Item Description, that is exactly what we are stating, that the year is Estimated. We do not guarantee that the item was made in that exact year. There are some items that we have to "Estimate the Year" by the subject manner and the material it is made from.
COLOR: We will do our best in describing the color of an item. Please Advised: computer monitors are calibrated in different manners, and therefore color variations may occur from one monitor to other.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted. Refunds will be issued after
- Buyer's Payment has been Accepted and Confirmed .
- Buyer must return the item, within 7 days of receiving, via the same carrier and shipping method used during original shipping. Insurance is required. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" must receive items in the same condition in which it was sent.
- Buyer is responsible for properly packing the item. Returned items damaged due to improper packing will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returned items received in damaged condition due to fault of the carrier will be subject to insurance claims process. Buyer is responsible for handling these claims, as the Buyer initiated the shipment. No refund by Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" will be issued due to the potential for insurance claim settlement.
Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" will thoroughly inspects each item before it is released to the carrier. Our responsibility is limited to making sure the item is in the advertised condition at the time the carrier takes possession of the item. Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store" will not be held responsible for damages occurring in-transit. Insurance will be secured with the carrier on the customer's behalf. While we are happy to assist our customers in filing claims, we are in no way affiliated with the carriers and bear no responsibility or influence over the final determination of the claim. Per federal interstate commerce law, the carriers maintain the right to repair pieces damaged in transit.
*Buyers are responsible for reading this Return Policy before purchasing from Cowboy Blue Designs "Our Cowboy Store". We encourage the Buyer to thoroughly inspect each item upon receipt and notify the delivery personnel of any damage found.
Shipping, handling and insurance charges are based on the weight and size of the individual piece, the distance to be shipped, and the value of the purchase. We are happy to combine shipping when multiple items are purchased in order to reduce shipping costs, as shipping several pieces together normally reduces the shipping cost per item.
